Magnaflux test panels provide feedback on the continuing sensitivity and performance of your penetrant processing system.
Magnaflux NiCr test panels are ideal penetrant sensitivity comparators. They come in pairs, with panel set crack depths available in 20 microns. NiCr test panels allow "in use" Zyglo® penetrants to be compared against "new, unused" product to determine if the penetrant is performing properly.
The Magnaflux TAM Panel (Pratt and Whitney TAM #146040) monitors both sensitivity and washability of Zyglo® liquid penetrants. The test panel is meant to detect "sudden" penetrant system changes and to ascertain that all parts of the penetrant processing system are functioning in the proper manner.
The KDS Panel is a Known Defect Standard used for daily system performance analysis. The test panel is used to monitor a penetrant system for "sudden" changes and verify performance of "in use" materials.

Quantitative Quality Indicators (QQI) are magnetic particle test pieces with artificial defects used to verify field direction and relative strength. QQI's are also used to balance multi-directional fields and to increase productivity by minimizing magnetizing shots. The QQI indicator shims are packaged in sets of five.

Flexible indicators used to detect appropriate levels of magnetic field strength and directional orientation during the magnetic particle testing process. Each indicator contains three milled slots with widths of .0075", .009" and .010" that share a common depth.
The indicators are manufactured from permeable magnetic steel sandwiched between two brass plates and designed for repeated use in setting and monitoring magnetic field strength in wet and dry MPI applications.
