Spotcheck^® SKD-S2 is a non-halogenated solvent developer that meets major requirements for special alloy and nuclear applications.

Spotcheck^® is a ready to use suspension of white developing particles in a fast drying solvent. It produces an opaque white coating, which provides an excellent contrasting background for penetrant indications.

ZL-15B fluoresces a bright greenish-yellow under ultraviolet radiation and is safe for use on most engineering and aerospace alloys including aluminum, steel, nickel and titanium. Use of an ultraviolet light source with a peak wavelength of 365 nanometers, such as the Magnaflux ZB-100F fan-cooled black light, is recommended.

Zyglo^® ZL-15B penetrant meets OSHA requirements for Class III B liquids due to its high flash point and can be used in open dip tanks.

Daraclean^® 282 is an aerospace approved low foaming, all-purpose alkaline cleaning solution.

Formulated with a blend of surfactants, emulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors, Daraclean^® 282 is an excellent cleaner for use on a broad spectrum of soils.

Designed for immersion, ultrasonic and spray applications, Daraclean^® 282 is safe for use with hard metals and is non-aggressive towards aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloys.

It possesses excellent soil-rejecting qualities, suspending soils in the cleaner for a short period of time after lifting from a part's surface. Over time, solids will settle out, and oil and grease droplets will coalesce and float on the surface of the solution.

Removal of soils can easily be accomplished using filters or skimmers as necessary. This action extends the useful life of Daraclean^® 282 far beyond that of emulsion-type cleaning solutions.

Soundsafe is an environmentally benign high-performance couplant formulated for use in overhead vertical and horizontal applications where concern for the environment is a primary consideration.

Soundsafe possesses high humectant levels to slow drying, increase acoustic impedance and provide transducer lubrication. It contains ferrous corrosion inhibitors with a relative effectiveness rating of 75.

Soundsafe has an operating temperature range of 0º - 200º F. It is compatible with most composites and metals, except magnesium and magnesium alloys which should be pretreated before use.

Daraclean 282GF is a high performance cleaner for a broad spectrum of soils. A low-foaming all-purpose glycol-free alkaline cleaning solution with a unique blend of surfactants and corrosion inhibitors, it meets or exceeds the specifications for most aerospace applications for aqueous and alkaline cleaners.

Daraclean 282GF is designed for immersion, ultrasonic and spray applications, and is safe for use on most metals. It is non-aggressive towards aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloys, and can be used in concentrations up to 25 percent. It is moderately alkaline with low foaming levels for use in spray applications, contains inhibitors to protect metal surfaces from corrosion and it is also tolerant of hard water.

Designed as a high-performance cleaner on aluminum, anodized aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, magnesium, nickel, super alloys and plated metals, it also works well on titanium.
